Mike Earley -

President / VP Sales and Marketing / Owner

Mike is a graduate of Salamanca High School and started the business in 1989 after 17 years as a Union employee with several railroads in Western New York. His relenting drive for success has steered him to finding and developing the business in Olean, NY over the past several years. Overcoming many obstacles along the way Mike has built a successful business that has shown continuous growth. He has knowledge of footwear and this type of business that can only be obtained through the number of years he has been a student to the industry. He has bred a customer first mentality that has stuck for all these years and is easily noticed by all who deal with our company.

Kathleen Earley -
Business Expense Manager/Owner

Kathleen spent her entire career in the legal system. She has worked as a secretary for lawyers, judges, and sheriffs. As a proud retiree she handles the day to day task of paying the bills for Blue Collar Workwear while maintaining the detailed reporting of all of the business’s expenses. She has been the support system over the years keeping the group together and helping to provide the attitude necessary to having a successful retail business. Most would call her the rock of the family!


Dan Earley -
VP Industrial Accounts

Dan is a graduate of Salamanca High School and has been with the company for 18 years. As the current Mobile Shoe Truck Operation’s Manager and Operator he has un-paralleled knowledge of safety footwear. His customer service characteristics are second to none and he brings personality to the job site. Have a hard time finding the right footwear? He will undoubtedly get you exactly what you have been looking for. His ability to handle several customers at a time without a hitch will blow you away. No customer will leave feeling they didn’t get the best service possible.

Brad Earley -
General Manager

Brad is a graduate of Salamanca High School and Alfred University’s School of Science with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ceramic Engineering. His career path ultimately led him to becoming a top level manager in manufacturing in the field of refractories. He has several years of training in safety protocols and an equal amount of experience in the rigorous work environments manufacturing imposes. He joined the team over 2 years ago as the General Manager and has become very knowledgeable in safety footwear and enhancing the customer experience.


Lauren Taylor -

Sales & Marketing Consultant

In 2016 Blue Collar Workwear decided to make the move and expand into the Rochester area. The hardest decision to be made was to find somebody to manage the operation. As a native of the same hometown of the owners of Blue Collar Workwear, paired with Lauren’s extensive skill set, the decision was a very simple one. Lauren attended Geneseo College and left with a Bachelor degree in Communications and Public Relations. Anybody that works with her will be able to easily identify why she excels in that field. Since college Lauren has worked as both a Project Manager and Account Executive. Her professionalism propels her far and above our competition when it comes to managing accounts in her realm of responsibility. You will be delighted to work with her and find it very easy to understand why she is such an integral part of our team. Her skill sets provide every customer with the absolute best customer experience possible. Lauren managed the Rochester location for almost 2 years, and she now works for Blue Collar as a Sales & Marketing Consultant.


Jenny Herrick -
Industrial Accounts/Office Manager

Jenny is a graduate of Salamanca High School and has been with the company for 11 years. As the industrial accounts manager she specializes in easing the logistical pain of handling your company’s safety footwear policy. The numbers of positive reviews from end users based on Jenny’s personality and willingness to drop everything to resolve your issue are countless. It is in her nature to make your experience the absolute best you have ever had. You will find that our company is very easy to deal with and this weighs heavily on Jenny’s commitment to represent herself and Blue Collar Workwear in this manner.

Colin Moran -

Mobile Shoe Truck Operator Apprentice

Colin has been with the company for over 3 years. As a high school student Colin worked part time as a Sales Associate and immediately grew to love our business. He fit perfect into the position of Mobile Shoe Truck Driver in training post graduation. Colin takes great pride in striving to be the best in what he does and that type of attitude will benefit our customers as he continues to become an expert in the field. Colin has an infectious personality that will make your experience enjoyable. We are proud to present him as part of our team!

Erin Moran-Nolan -

Customer Service Rep/Accounts Payable

Erin joined the team after several years as a Medical Transcriptionist. She fits perfectly into the family atmosphere as her core values are very similar to those of the rest of the team. Jenny and herself offer the absolute best customer service available today. They fire on all cylinders when it comes to handling your customer experience. We are 100% confident that she is as loyal to our customers as she is to our company.

Andrew Sharp -

Assistant Manager - Rochester Location

Andrew came to us with several years experience in big box retail operations.  His passion for excellent customer service makes him a perfect fit for our team.  You will quickly find that he is able to exceed your expectations regarding all of your work wear needs.  Stop in and meet Andrew and learn how you can get set up with direct billing for your company.  He will gladly assist with anything that you may need.
